Like any other successful habit, podcast listening requires persistence.
The less effort the new habits have, the more likely you are to stick with them. So make the habit of listening to podcasts simple for yourself: if you drive every day, just download and prepare the files you want in advance so that the next time you get into the car, you only need to play the files without thinking. You can also bookmark or mark the page of your podcast playlist at night before bed, or write yourself a reminder to listen to it when you wake up in the morning as you start your day.
The point is, don’t force podcast listening into your daily schedule, but use the dead and unused time you have during the day. For example, you can listen to podcasts when you are waiting in line, when you are resting and have nothing to do, or even when you are busy doing daily tasks that do not require concentration, so that you can learn something and spend your time more fun.
