As noted by Fox News, a representative for LA City Attorney Mike Feuer unleashed a statement concerning the happening.

According to Fox News, Rob Wilcox, a representative for Feuer stated, About the incident concerning Kanye West that took place Jan. 13, 2022, after a complete and detailed review of all the proof, our office is refusing to file based on no reasonable likelihood of confidence.

 The alleged target had filed a piece of battery information and called West as the suspect in a January statement.
