 Actor Johnny Depp, one of the most popular and money-making stars in the world of cinema for many years, once said  he became an actor by chance. Johnny also revealed that he had always had an interest in becoming a musician, but chose acting  for financial reasons.Johnny recently filed a defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife Amber Heard. won the lawsuit. 

 A few years ago, Johnny appeared on Johnsy’s Jukebox his radio talk show and revealed that he started acting when he was trying to pursue his music career as a teenager. “I have been a musician since I was little,” he said. I have been playing since I was 12 years old. He started playing clubs when he was  13 in Miami,” Johnny said. “I had to pay my rent and someone said to me, ‘Would you like to meet your agent?’ They sent me to audition for something,” he added. Johnny said he never considered acting full-time until his band broke up. “For a moment it seemed like a good way to pay the rent,” he said. 

 Johnny made his acting debut at the age of 21 in 1984’s A Nightmare on Elm Street. He later appeared in films such as Who Eats Gilbert Grapes, Benny and June, Donnie Brasco, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and Alice in Wonderland.
