After more than 20 years and his eight films (two of which are yet to be released), Tom Cruise may finally be completing his highly successful Mission Impossible franchise. Hmm. According to recent reports, Tom has retired from the series, and his two upcoming films (Dead Reckoning 1 and 2) will be released to say goodbye to Tom’s iconic character Ethan on his hunt.

Christopher added that these rumors are spread by people with an ‘agenda’. “If you read an ‘anonymous source’ or a ‘production-related source,’ they say it’s the person who publishes it.
