On Saturday, there were over 12 trailers, teasers and announcements from Marvel Studios at the San Diego International Comic-Con (SDCC). In the new Avengers title, the Black Panther 2 trailer, and all the hype surrounding Captain America 4, it’s easy to miss some Disney + series announcements. But that’s not the case when it’s a fan’s favorite character played by a beloved actor who has returned to that role after years of fan campaigns. That’s why Daredevil got his own series starring Charlie Cox and, despite being surrounded by such a big announcement, attracted the love of many fans. One fan tweeted: “Charlie Cox Daredevil’s acquisition of the MCU is absolutely insane. I haven’t seen much attention to MCU characters since Spider-Man. ”
Marvel Studios announced at SDCC on Saturday that Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio will replay their roles as Daredevil and Kingpin in a series of 18 episodes called Daredevil: Bone Again. Both actors played the first acclaimed and hit role in the Netflix series Daredevil, which ran for three seasons from 2015 to 2018. As a bonus to fans, Daredevil also made a cameo appearance in the trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, which was released on Saturday.

Charlie will also be responsible for the voice of the characters in the anime series “Spider-Man: Freshman Year”. Good news for Daredevil fans!
Daredevil was part of a series of Marvel original shows streamed on Netflix from 2015 to 2019. Netflix shows are not considered part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a space dedicated to Disney + shows. Daredevil has established itself as a fan favorite and popular superhero. The show was suddenly canceled after three seasons of 2018, when Disney purchased Marvel Studios and planned to move all Marvel shows to its own Disney + Streaming service. Since then, fans have been eager to get Daredevil back on track and Charlie to play his role again. However, there is still a long way to go before Charlie wears a Daredevil outfit for the show. The show will air on Disney + almost two years later in the spring of 2024. So far, there are no details about the project. But for now, it’s enough to keep fans happy.
