After which the total number of deaths due to corona infection has increased to 5 lakh 24 thousand 64 across the country. According to the data of the Union Health Ministry, the number of active cases of corona has reached 20,635.

Kerala had the highest number of deaths.

According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 3,451 new Covid-19 cases have registered in the country in the last 24 hours on Sunday. The active cases of corona are 20,635 which is 0.05 percent of the total infections. At the same time, 3,079 patients have also been cured. The recovery rate is currently 98.74 percent. At the same time, cases of corona infection have increased in Kerala. In the last 24 hours, 35 deaths have occurred in Kerala alone out of the total 40 deaths due to corona infection. On Friday, 3,60,613 tests were conducted in the country regarding Covid-19.

1,407 new cases registered in Delhi.

Meanwhile, Delhi recorded 1,407 new Covid cases and two more deaths, while the positivity rate came down to 4.72 per cent, according to the data shared by the Health Department on Saturday. A day earlier, a total of 29,821 tests were conducted in Delhi for the detection of coronavirus. Meanwhile, 253 new cases of corona infection have reported in Maharashtra. Whereas a patient infected with corona died here. In the same Karnataka, 171 new Covid cases have registered. No coronavirus-related death has reported in Karnataka on Saturday.
