Rai added that since the Congress MP began the Bharat Jodo Yatra, the BJP government has “scared” of Rahul Gandhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been “anxious.”

According to Aryama Sanyal, the director of Varanasi airport, “airport authorities received the message from the company operating Rahul Gandhi’s flight during late evening hours of February 13 (the day of Gandhi’s scheduled visit) that the flight has canceled by the party.”

On Monday night, Rahul Gandhi plane supposed to fly into Varanasi. He had to go to the Kashi Vishwanath temple to pray. President Murmu, on the other hand, went to the temple on the same day. She made prayers at the temple and went to the Dashashwamedh Ghat to see the Ganga Aarti.
