Mahua Moitra, an MP for the Trinamool Congress who is well known for speaking out against the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Parlaiment, has come under fire after she was overheard using foul language in the House of Commons.

She can be heard using the word “hara*i ” in a video that has gone viral on social media, which was being spoken by Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu of the Telugu Desham Party (TDP). During the current budget session, Mahua Moitra also went off on the House floor.

Mahua Moitra used unparliamentary language for BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri in Parliament. Following this, BJP MPs demanded she apologize. She later apologized for her comment.

Hema Malini slams Mahua Moitra

Reacting to the same, BJP MP and actress Hema Malini said that such words should not be used inside the Parliament and advised that they should control their tongue.

“They should control their tongue and not get over-excited and emotional. Each and every member of Parliament is a respectable person,” Hema Malini said.

“There won’t be any documentation. There have been some extremely harsh and derogatory words used. I’d like to ask the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs to speak with the party (TMC), “Speaking in place of Om Birla, Speaker of the Lok Sabha, was Bhartruhari Mahtab.

In response to the Hindenburg report on Gautam Adani’s businesses, Mahua Moitra launched an aggressive tirade against the BJP.

She requested that a complete and in-depth investigation into all matters be ordered by the central government. She asserted that our markets’ systemic stability as well as the standing of our nation are in jeopardy. Concerning infrastructure assets, Moitra added, “Don’t worry; we are world-class Indian companies that can easily take over their businesses and be kept in check by our regulators.
