J&K: Six people were injured in twin blasts.


J&K: Seven people were injured in two explosions. The additional director general of police (Jammu zone) confirmed the explosions and injuries to six people.

Intel sources said two high-intensity blasts took place within 30 minutes in the area.

Five people were injured in the first blast, which occurred at around 11 am.

The second explosion, which occurred after nearly half an hour, injuring two people.

In the meantime, the area has been cordoned off.

According to hospital sources, six people were admitted with splinter injuries and are all in “stable” condition.

The blasts in Narwal’s transport yard were set off by suspected terrorists at a time when security agencies in the region are on high alert due to the Congress’s ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra and the upcoming Republic Day celebrations.

According to sources, the first blast was carried out with a Mahendra Bolero.

Suhail Iqbal (35), Sushil Kumar (26), Vishav Pratap (25), Vinod Kumar (52), Arun Kumar, Amit Kumar (40), and Rajesh Kumar were among those injured in the explosions of J&K(35).
