AAP Municipal Councillor Haseeb-ul-Hasan climbed a pole and threatened the party, stating, “If you don’t want to give a ticket, don’t give it but return the papers”. The party has been accused of forcibly keeping documents of its councilors and candidates.
Local police personnel and the fire brigade are currently at the spot to bring him down.
AAP released its first list of 134 candidates for the Delhi MCD elections. In the list of 134, 70 women have been given tickets. while former MLA Vijender Garg was fielded by AAP in the MCD elections from Naraina.
AAP on Saturday announced its second list of 117 candidates for the upcoming Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) elections scheduled to be held on December 4.
