Khloe Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson welcomed their second child, a boy via surrogacy, and the two are already parents to four-year-old True Thompson. Last month, news broke that she was expecting a second child.

They communicate as co-parents.The baby’s arrival comes after the reality star opened up about her struggles during pregnancy.
