After facing theft indictments from Kelis, Beyonce subtly withdrew her piece of Kelis’ song Milkshake from her most delinquent album Renaissance. The deletion was made just days after the 42-year-old musician had publically made claims of theft by Queen B who replied to the accusations by bypassing Kelis’ representative beat from her song Energy on all streaming locations.

Kelis criticized the music initiative for having no soul or innocence in how they feasted her. Kelis took to Instagram and broadcasted a comment on a fan narrative as she penned, My mind is blown too because the level of rudeness and utter ignorance of all 3 parties involved is excellent. She went on to share her composition, I heard about this the same way everyone else did. She counted, Nothing is ever as it seems, some of the people in this industry have no soul or virtue and they have everyone fooled.
Following her spot of revealing her side of the report, she commented on another fan’s Instagram post who hailed the song as the collab the world needs, to this Kelis replied, It’s not a collab it’s theft. Beyonce has also dismissed Kelis from the recognition of the song after their one-sided online term.

The outro of Renaissance’s fifth groove, Energy, featured support vocals and instrumental pieces from Milkshake. Yep – as in, my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard. It’s an iconic song, but evidently, Kelis was never requested by Beyoncé if she could utilize it.
Before negotiating with the Kelis case, Queen Bey had to answer to netizens who felt that the singer’s usage of the word sp*z in her song Heated was ableist. Comprehending the condition, Beyonce took out the observation from her song on all streaming locations.
