There is no doubt that Eddie Munson(Joseph Quinn) emerged as the most loved character in The Stranger Things series. Now Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves star Regé-Jean Page resembles himself Stranger Things season 4’s famous character Eddie Munson.
Dungeons & Dragons movie is written and directed by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, the characters will be seen playing the same name game.
Initially created by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson in 1974, the classic tabletop game’s extensive mythology now transits a wide combination of dungeons, character classes, monsters, factions, and other things as well. The idea to include these effects was first adapted into a feature film in the year 2000, which was a failure by all narratives. Followed by two direct video releases in 2005 and 2012.
At San Diego Comic-Con 2022, The Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves panel Regé-Jean Page compared himself to Stranger Things‘ own Eddie Munson. The star revealed his fondness for the tabletop game is rooted in his youth.
The actor added that-I essentially grew up as Eddie Munson.
Eddie Munson was introduced in Stranger Things season 4 and portrayed by Joseph Quinn. His journey began as the high school bully guy and leader of the Dungeons & Dragons group known as the Hellfire Club, which includes Dustin, Mike, and several of his friends.
The journey changed its track when Eddie Munson saw Chrissy Cunningham’s death in front of his eyes and later Eddie was blamed for Chrissy’s death. However, in volume 2 of The Stranger Things season 4, Eddie Munson showed his heroic side by sacrificing himself to save his friends. Eddie Munson made a valuable contribution to saving Hawkins and his famous Guitar scene has a special place in the audience’s heart.
