During World War II, Annie had to hide with her family in a secret place because German soldiers were killing Jews. Anne Frank was born on June 12, 1929 in Frankfurt, Germany, she was a Jew. On June 12, 1942, on the occasion of her 13th birthday, her father, Otto Frank, gifted a diary with a red and white check. In this diary, the details of what happened in his life between 12 June 1942 and 1 August 1944.

When Anne was 4 years old, the Nazis took control of Germany.

However, when Germany invaded the Netherlands, Annie’s family decided to stay in hiding.
After coming to a secret place in Auto Frank’s office building, Annie begins to write a diary, and she records every incident in her diary named Kitty. In the diary he wrote about the restrictions imposed on the life of the Dutch Jewish population, as well as his time in the ‘Secret Annex’

‘I never think about the troubles, but remember the good moments that are still left. As a historical document, the diary of Ann Frack is of great importance even today. He has narrated in the diary on the scene the dreadful sounds of bullets and guns coming during the battle. Annie wanted to become a writer. After World War II, her father, Otto Frank, fulfilled her wish by printing Anne’s diary. This diary of Annie became a part of history. This diary was first published in 1947 under the name ‘The Diary of a Young Girl’ and till now this book has been published in more than 70 languages.
In the last page of Annie’s diary, it is written on 1 August 1944, which mentions the arrest of the people living in that secret place on 4 August 1944. Let us tell you that at the age of 15, Anne died in the camp due to some serious illness.
