BGauss, an electric two-wheeler company backed by RR Global, has launched its new electric scooter in India. The new electric scooters of the BGauss D15 series have launched at a starting price of Rs 99,999, ex-showroom. This is the third electric scooter in the company’s Indian portfolio. Earlier the BGauss B8 and A2 were introduce in July 2020.
Battery, speed and range.
The BGauss D15 series electric scooter is equip with a 3.2 kWh removable Li-ion battery pack. An electric motor is available with it, although its power and torque figures have not been reveal. But the company claims that in sports mode, this electric scooter can accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in just 7 seconds. The company says that this electric scooter comes with an ARAI-certified range of 115 km per charge. It gets two riding modes – Eco and Sport.

Features, booking and price.
Talking about the features, these electric scooters get Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, SMS and call alerts, a digital instrument cluster along with a USB port for mobile charging. The booking for this has now started. Buyers wishing to buy these scooters can book them offline or even online sitting at home by visiting their nearest dealership. The new BGauss D15i has priced at Rs 99,999. While the ex-showroom price of the D15 Pro is Rs 1.15 lakh.
