Bajaj Pulsar 250 launched in India with new color scheme, know features and details.


Bajaj Auto has updated the color options for its popular Pulsar 250 range in the country. The newly launched paint theme is named Caribbean Blue and is brand new for both the Pulsar N250 and Pulsar F250 bikes. The new color option model costs the same as the current model. The Pulsar F250 Caribbean Blue is priced at Rs 1,44,979, while the Pulsar N250 Caribbean Blue is priced at Rs 1,43,680. All prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.

What were the changes?

All the body panels of the bike like headlight cowl (on Pulsar N250), fairing (on Pulsar F250), front fenders, engine cowl, fuel tank and rear panel are painted blue. Apart from this, the company has also used color matching wheel strips for the alloy wheels of the bike. The overall change in both the models is only regarding the paint scheme. No changes have been made to the rest of the engine and features.

Engine and Features.

The bike gets the same 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine. This engine generates maximum power of 24.1 bhp and peak torque of 21.5 Nm. This engine comes with a 5-speed transmission unit. Some of the key features of the new Pulsar 250 include full-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster and a slipper clutch. All these features are made available as standard.

10,000 unit sales.

In other news, the company recently announced that it has crossed the 10,000 unit sales milestone of Pulsar 250. With this, it has also become the fastest selling quarter-litre motorcycle in the country. The bike has crossed this milestone of sales within just 6 months of its launch. Also, the company is planning to expand its Pulsar lineup with new models that are likely to be launched in India later this year.
